Wesley Roberts - Board Member

Wesley Roberts is from Lexington he attending Virginia Commonwealth University where studied Art. He left VCU to went to Culinary school in Colonial Williamsburg. He has lived in Charlottesville for 8 years and has worked at restaurants all over Charlottesville and spent 3 years as a Cheesemonger at Feast! During his spare time he loves to cook, work on his art, and catching the vast amounts of live music that Charlottesville has to offer.

Becky Gildersleeve - Staff

                      Becky Gildersleeve has a degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins and studied Foreign Affairs at UVA. During her years in Charlottesville she has worked in res earch and editing at the Miller Center of Public Affairs, the Center for National Security Law and the Center for Oceans Law and Policy. She has served as the Residential Shelter Manager at the Shelter for Help in Emergency, has been a hotline volunteer for the Sexual Assault Resource Agency, and has been a Development Associate for Cancer Programs at UVA. She is a tutor with Literacy Volunteers of Charlottesville/Albemarle and is a member of the Friends of CASA committee. She was raised in Loudoun County, Virginia, but spent her summers with family in Louisiana.

Lela Graham - Staff

Lela Graham is the Executive Director and Co-founder of the Independence Rock Coalition. Lela has over a decade of event planning and fundraising experience to the organization. She graduated from the University of Virginia with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree which primarily focused on Women and Gender Studies. Since graduating, Lela has worked on political campaigns; primarily focusing on rural districts. Lela is a Veteran of the United States Army. Born in Montana to a military family, she has traveled the world. Lela currently lives in Missoula, Montana with her toy poodle Emma Goldman.
